First things first: what is yoga?

Yoga itself is difficult, if not impossible, to define. It is an ancient practice with different traditons & lineages that has constantly evolved over the last (two) millennia. So the answer to above question changes - depending on who you are asking, when and where.

That is the beauty of yoga. There are so many different styles, traditions and aspects that everyone can find what works for him / her - on a physical but also on a mental level.

In my teaching, I invite you to be open-minded, to approach this practice with respect but also encourage you to find YOUR yoga, to do what feels good to you - your body, your mind, your heart.
